History
Massage has been around for thousands of years, it is often associated with the ancient Greek Olympians and the Romans including Julius Caesar, it was even mentioned in a classic Chinese medicine text around 2700 BC. Today it has developed into various forms, but the majority of them still adhere to the original concepts.
My Massage
I can offer you anything from a gentle relaxing massage if needed (although I might suggest Reflexology or Acupuncture if you are more mentally stressed) to a deep tissue / sports massage, for stubborn tension, muscle adhesions and knots. Massage is a great way of keeping the body supple and healthy, as well as giving your whole body a boost. It not only helps muscle tissue but can aid detoxification, stimulate the lymphatic system and improve general blood circulation.
